Attend & submit registration notes

Use this entry if you plan both to submit for publication and to attend / present on site. Complete the form below; confirmation and check-in details will follow by email.

  • One accepted paper usually includes one free registration (subject to the official notice).
  • Please note oral or poster preference in the remarks.
  • Additional attendees should register separately; see the fee table below.

To correct details, submit again from the same address and mark it as a correction.

Conference Registration + Paper Submission Package (20% Off)

Authors who submit an EI paper and attend the conference will receive a 20% package discount, calculated on the combined paper registration fee and applicable conference registration fee.

💡 Note: The manuscript fee is 450 USD for submissions within 6 pages, with an additional charge of 70 USD for each additional page.

Payment Methods

Option 1: Online quick payment

Pay via WeChat / Alipay QR. Keep the payment screenshot and contact the secretariat to confirm your registration and invoice details.

  • If payment fails, send a screenshot to the secretariat for assistance

Option 2: Corporate bank transfer

Transfer the fee to the account below and include the attendee name and affiliation in the remittance note:

After transfer, email the receipt to the secretariat for invoicing.
